How it works
Sign Up & Pre Screening
Within minutes, you can complete and send us your application form online. Upon review, you will be contacted for a virtual interview, and if approved, your profile will be live for students to see.
Accept & Arrange Lessons
Your dashboard allows you to pre-arrange and create lessons with students who would want you to tutor them. Once you have accepted and scheduled a lesson, you may start to prepare for the session!
Teach and Earn
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, so you never have to worry about not being paid for your time. Your earnings are accumulated over a 14 day period and paid directly into your bank account twice a month!
What To Expect

Applying to be a tutor with VirTutor Online is a simple process. Just submit this application form, along with the required attachments, and we will set up a virtual interview with you at your convenience.
Being your own boss means deciding how much you want to get paid. Tutors earn between GHS 50 and GHS 195 per lesson (per hour); you can choose how much you want to earn depending on your level of experience.
Tutors are paid every two weeks, directly into their Ghanaian bank accounts. Your personalised dashboard will indicate how much you’ve earned, and how much you are owed so you can easily keep track of your income!
Being your own boss means deciding how much you want to get paid. You are free to determine your own Payment Level depending on your experience, student ratings and how long you’ve been a VirTutor.
